Alizaib Mahanga, ACA is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Advisiti Consulting Group, where he leads the firm's strategic advisory, taxation, regulatory, and technology consulting practices. He is a driven and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant with over 5 years of diversified professional experience spanning taxation, regulatory compliance, corporate secretarial practice, audit, advisory, and technology consulting. He combines strong analytical capabilities with practical execution skills to help organizations navigate complex financial, legal, and regulatory environments with confidence.
Prior to founding the firm, Alizaib gained professional experience with KPMG, one of the world's leading professional services firms, where he worked with a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries. Operating within the firm's strict professional and confidentiality standards, he contributed to engagements involving tax advisory, corporate compliance, audit coordination, strategic tax planning, and regulatory structuring for several of Pakistan's leading organizations.
Beyond traditional tax and compliance services, Alizaib has experience in corporate secretarial advisory, financial modeling, and capital structuring, supporting organizations in strategic decision-making, fundraising initiatives, and long-term investment planning. His work has involved the development of financial projections, cash flow models, valuation frameworks, and scenario analyses to support board-level decisions and investment planning.
He also brings hands-on expertise in ERP advisory and implementation, digital integration, process optimization, and financial systems consulting. Through these engagements, he has worked closely with management teams to strengthen internal control environments, streamline reporting frameworks, and implement technology-driven financial solutions that enhance transparency, operational efficiency, and scalability.
Over the course of his career, Alizaib has developed a strong understanding of Pakistan's taxation regime, corporate regulatory landscape, and the evolving digital compliance framework. His professional approach combines technical depth with commercial practicality, ensuring that organizations achieve both regulatory compliance and sustainable strategic value creation.
During his tenure at KPMG, Alizaib worked as part of engagement teams serving prominent local and multinational organizations across a broad range of sectors, including pharmaceuticals, energy and power generation, shipping and logistics, aviation, information technology, financial services, consumer goods, and industrial manufacturing. These engagements provided exposure to complex regulatory environments and industry-specific operational dynamics, enabling him to contribute to advisory, compliance, and assurance engagements while maintaining the highest standards of professional integrity and confidentiality.
